White Oak Powerlifting

White Oak Powerlifting has a rich history of achievement and success. The Roughneck and Ladynecks have won the district championship for five years in a row. The Ladyneck lifters have won the regional meet 5 times and most recently finished 3rd at the regional championships. The Roughneck lifters were Regional Meet runners-up in 2008 losing the championship by only 1 point to Pleasant Grove. We have had multiple state meet qualifiers and three state champions, the most recent being the 2009 Class AA all around state champion Shelby Murphy.
